How old do I need to be to purchase a vape?
In all states personal vaporizers cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18.
I sent you an email, why haven’t you responded to me straight away?
We receive many emails a day. Please be patient and allow up to one business day for a response. Emails are answered in the order they are received, Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm. If you email then email again before we have responded, your initial email moves to the back of our queue so bear this in mind.
Shipping Questions
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.
Once your order has been shipped and labelled you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.
I received the incorrect order or my product is faulty, how do I return it?
Please send us an email as soon as you receive your order and we send you out a Reply Paid label to post it back to us and we will send a replacement. Please ensure products remain sealed.
